Hi i wish to share some of my experiences as property investor. I advise first time investor to buy small flats at popular places. In Johor this would be Larkin, Tampoi, Uda, Tmn daya, Johor Jaya, Bukit Mewah, Tun Aminah, to name a few. Do not go for obscure places even if the price is cheap. This is because you will face problem in finding tenants. Whatever saving you make will disappear when your units is left untenanted.
